Offset printing

At Manark there is no too-hard basket. Technology, experience and innovation are what enable us to successfully deliver projects that other printers wouldn’t look at. We can print on almost any material – papers and synthetics, both new and recycled. We have the technology at our fingertips to take printing to the next level, with 21 micronstochastic or 400 line screens, superior colour management, ink absorption control (allowing us to take on the most feral of recycled stocks) to name but a few of our techniques. Most importantly we have a genuine interest in printing and like to take on the challenge of problem solving.

It’s all about versatility at Manark and selecting the right product for the job. When it comes to proofing your job we have five systems available from the pre-press standard Ink Jet Proofing, Epson Proofing, Dylux Proofing (the only double-sided proofing system, ideal for making mock-ups and a cost effective solution for confirmation of author’s corrections), Spectrum Proofing (the only true dot-for-dot proofing system in the world) and the highly accurate XP4 Proofing System (which can proof onto virtually any material at all, in 4CP, PPMS, metallics and Hexachrome). Naturally Manark will advise how best to proof a specific job, ensuring the desired result is exact.

Die-cutting, foil embossing, engraving, clear foils, debossing. Manark offers many in-house facilities, but when a certain technique does need to be out-sourced we refuse to compromise on quality. Instead we call upon the experts – Avon Graphics. With a well-established relationship between the two companies based on trust and mutual respect, Manark identifies Avon Graphics as a leader in specific technology and draws upon the company’s enormous experience.

‘If you begin something, finish it off’. Another Manark mantra. Whether die cutting, glueing, binding, stitching or trimming is required, we have the facilities and skills to execute both machine and hand finishes superbly.

Hand-finishing is a particular skill that here at Manark we have refined to an art. Our long history with paper merchants has required us to develop an expert ability in assembling paper swatches and boxes. Aware that paper products need to be robust and have longevity, we invest time in resolving the problems before assembly takes place, to ensure the final product is nothing short of perfect.

Manark can deliver locally, interstate and internationally. We are also able to execute cost effective multiple-destination deliveries upon request, as well as offering complete mail house services including databases, labelling, addressing, wrapping and packing and distribution.

As for delivering samples to designers, it’s a given at Manark. Simply request samples to be sent to you upon ordering your print and we’ll have them carefully wrapped and packed, and delivered to you at the same time as client delivery.
